We want your drawing board to arrive quickly, safely and beautifully packed — and make it easy to change your mind.
Delivery time
Orders placed before 23:59 (GMT+2) are packed and dispatched the next business day. Standard delivery within Sweden and the rest of the EU takes 3–8 business days from our European warehouse. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.
Delivery is handled by established carriers such as DPD, DHL and PostNord. Larger parcels are delivered to your door; other parcels may be sent to a collection point within 5 km of your address — otherwise they are delivered to your home.

Returns
You have 30 days to return your purchase. Email info@lilla-ateljen.se with your order number for return instructions. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving your return.
Damage in transit
If anything is damaged in transit, photograph the parcel and item and contact us within 7 days. We’ll send a replacement part or board at no extra cost.
