Terms & conditions
These terms apply to purchases from Lilla Ateljén. We comply with Swedish consumer law, including distance selling and consumer sales legislation.
Orders and contract
A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. You must be at least 18 years old or have a parent or guardian’s permission to shop with us.
Prices and payment
All website prices are shown in euros, including VAT. Payment is made securely at checkout. The final price and currency are confirmed at checkout based on your delivery country. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and stock shortages.
Delivery
Orders placed before 23:59 (GMT+2) are packed and dispatched the next business day. Delivery within Sweden and the rest of the EU normally takes 3–8 business days from our European warehouse. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. Larger parcels are delivered to your door; other parcels may go to a collection point within 5 km, or otherwise to your home.
Right to cancel
You have 30 days from receiving the item to return your purchase. Items should be returned in substantially unchanged condition and in their original packaging. Contact info@lilla-ateljen.se before returning an item.
Defective items
Under Swedish consumer sales legislation, you have three years to report defects. Contact us with a photo and your order number so we can help.
Disputes
In the event of a dispute, we follow recommendations from the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
